Vichanun Sermpongsurapa

Vichanun has practiced dispute resolution and litigation since 2007, with experience from both a local law office and a leading international law firm before joining Nitihan Law Group. Her practice covers civil, commercial, tax, intellectual property, and criminal litigation.

She manages complex disputes across all stages – from pre-litigation and negotiations to trials, arbitration, and enforcement. She has represented directors, executives, and public officials in cases involving financial crimes, forgery, perjury, corruption in public procurement, securities offences, and matters under the Financial Institution Business Act. She has also contributed to landmark tax and customs cases, including BOI-related VAT assessments and customs valuation disputes for global healthcare companies.

Her work spans high-value civil and commercial matters across industries such as banking, automotive, energy, and real estate, including construction disputes, loan defaults, and shareholder conflicts. She also advises on insolvency and rehabilitation, handles creditor-debtor negotiations, and has extensive experience in asset tracing, recovery planning, and judgment enforcement.
